OK so heres my idea:

Ive lost about 150 ELO in about 2 days just simply because people are trolls and act like big babies when they dont get the champion they want. So I propose that Ranked games be completely invitational.

Once you get to Level 30 you are then put into a pool of potential players and what determines if you get picked or not is how you play in normal games.

Getting honors is a plus.
Getting reported is a minus.
Proficiency in all roles is a plus.
Just playing one role is a minus.

Based on these factors an algorithm will determine if you are viable to play in ranked.

If you can play anywhere, play with respect and not troll you will be able to play ranked games but if youre not playing more than one or two roles or if youre getting reported a lot you wont receive an invite.

If at all, during your time playing ranked, you become unsportsmanlike or unskilled ( going 0/13/2 in many games ) then you will lose your privilege to play in ranked games.

this will lower the amounts of trolls in ranked games and restore the importance of playing a good game in ranked.

I am ok with any system that can separate individuals by performance.
