Stop assuming Elise is an ap carry when the person who picks her repeatedly says she is going top. Also stop picking Sivir and Teemo as your ADC. Nearly 1000 games between season 2 and 3 and never once seen either of them win their lanes.

i actually play elise mid as one of my mains and she is really strong in mid, but i dont know about top.

Sivir is actually strong, she has her E as an initial safety net, and her steriod ultimate is good for chasing or escaping. I personally like Sivir for her safe laning and strong team oriented ultimate or as self preservation escape.

Sivir is good and one of the few ADCs that you can actually use as a counter especially since Caitlyn is popular in lower elo. One game the other team's support told cait to stop putting traps down because I was getting a ton of mana with my shield and could harrass all day. Plus they had a karthus mid. Enough said.

Elise is a strong mid and top laner. Counters a lot of bruisers. And does well with laning. Good in team fights for taking out top targets.

Elise is an amazing top laner. Not so strong of a mid lane since her burst is lacking late game. ALSO. as to the guys mentioning Sivir. Yes, She is good. Played with a couple of Sivir players at 1544 last week and got crushed. Luckily, I have not seem them lately.
