How did this person get Pardoned? Am I just judging too strict?
I know a lot of this is retaliation, but I'm pretty sure they go way too far.

Eh, I like this little gem too. A little letter/number switcharoo and we got us a racist who has gotten off clean. Of course, he will be back.

Yeah, people just don't post undeserved Pardons because it doesn't get much attention and typically people aren't as outraged by a toxic player going free than an innocent one being banned.

Turns out not every Tribunal voter is as hypersensitive as the h omos in this forum. Go figure.

That is a tricky case. For most of the game in all of the games the player was fine. There were really only a handful of bad comments, considering the overall amount of comments which would justify punishment. Cases like this are hard to judge, people who would punish normally skip because they are rating junkies and would rather rule on easy cases that they know will go in there favor which is how these get pardoned. Honestly I'd have pardoned this one too, some trash talk is fine in the game, only when it becomes excessive does it become an issue for me.
