Anything that can pour ranged harass and then close the deal in close combat or with burst damage is the ultimate bane of Darius.

The 3 transformation champions; Nidalee, Jayce, and Elise, all pull this off very well.

I'd say they're his hardest counters, followed shortly by Nunu, Yorick, and Olaf.

Kayle's ult counters him pretty well, and she does very well in top lane atm.

I'm actually surprised she wasn't mentioned first; usually she is.
