Make it 50-100k games and then we can talk. There are over 72,000,000 registered users. Seeing 30k different people doesn't even SCRATCH the surface of how many players play and the odds of finding a certain skin are extremely slim. I've seen Lollipoppy twice this year.


-- And I can guarantee you have not seen every limited and rare skin.

Not to make your point moot, because I agree.
I DO believe I've seen every skin in the game played at least once. Imagine my envy when I see my sought-after Snow Bunny nidalee or King Koopa (whatever its called) Rammus... or UFO Corki (which I've seen a lot, actually). I've only seen Black Alistar once I believe and Human Ryze maybe twice (in 2.5 years).

But yea, they're rare, but not unheard of.
