How can you be level 30 and still be insanely bad at this game

I've played 1-10 by myself, mostly bots couple of normals. Then I realised a mate played and started playing with him (he's 1500 ELO), he rages at me every single game, but looking back, being raged at has improved my play so much, I just don't think that a new player is exposed to much of the major skills required to improve aside from the occasional smurf.

reaching level 30...is like senior kids in high school who think they are all grown up, and cool now. Hitting level 30 is still a fresh fresh state of LoL, and im not surprised some people don't know the major basics. since it is still soooo early in anyones LoL career.

Sorry! i dident mean to come off like a jerk! I was just using that example for all of us that hit that stage in life where you think you are somewhere, but you really arent ya know? Hitting level 30 as i edited in my last post, is still very early.
