He has a long range Skarner ult on a single skill, which by the way, is as fast as Blitz hook

he pulls you a set distance... and its slower to windup and slower to travel than a blitz hook, also blocked by minions

No one was even playing him on PBE, no one was really testing him. After some time, everyone noticed he somehow sucks.

in 2 months every champ released will be 7800 permanently, and they always say they are reducing older champs price, but they do a handful every 6 months at the most, a good amount of which werent even 6300
