I bought ezreal 2 weeks prior to the price reduction and i still didnt get my rp 2 weeks AFTER i sent a ticket to player support. first of all it took player support 1 week to respond to me and they said that i qualified for the refund and an email will be sent to my email saying how much rp i will get back. 2 problems

1. i didnt get the email
2. its been ANOTHER week since they responded and i still havent gotten my rp yet!

in total its been 3 weeks since the price reduction
