that riot made months ago where champions who were getting outplayed the whole game can get kills or assists on champs who are higher lvl, and get more exp... it sucks. y should that be. i understand they wanna cut down on the snowballing but come on man. just tired of losing games where we were way out ahead and should have been an easy win, and still manage to lose. i just think that its unfair to the champs who are kinda weaker later, and to in favor of champs who get hyper mode later

If you are way out in front, and lose, there is probably something that you, or your team have done wrong. Team composition also has a lot to do with it. Is your team an early game team that has no late game? Is their team tanky, or have a better late game than yours? If you are 10kills to 0 early on, and you lose when the game hits 50mins, your team did not make the most of the early advantage.
