League of Legends FPS Lag problem.. Help please

My LoL started getting FPS lag a few weeks ago, normally i will run the game at 30-40 FPS. Now, I will start the game at 30-40 FPS and as I keep playing it will sudden start lagging, FPS dropping to 1-10 FPS for 1 or 2 minutes and will go back to normal. It keep repeating as long as I'm in game. Any help please? thank you

Nothing? No one has a solution for this problem? I have the exact same issue, and it occurs most when another players' champion is on my screen. I have updated my drivers, and bottomed out my video settings with no improvement.

the problem is riots servers not you
