I havnt really noticed until now that i dont have my pulsefire theme anymore for my profile can i get some help here?

The Pulsefire Ezreal is designed as a theme.
Changing your Summoner Icon to Pulsefire will change the Backdrop to Pulsefire as well.
Likewise, removing the first will result in the second one reverting to standard.

i dont ever remember removing it was the thing is there anyway to get it back?

To have your Pulsefire Ezreal Banner, you must be using the Pulsefire Ezreal Summoner Icon.

Simply change your summoner icon to that, and your Pulsefire Banner will be restored.
