Someone explain it to me. I probably do it without realizing it but I want to know what it means anyway.

Imagine a banana. Now imagine that the banana peel is an enemy and inside of it is a member of your team.

in order to get the enemy off of your teammate you need to use anything at your disposal that you feel is within reason to "peel" him off.

Hope that puts it in perspective.

its basically using cc to get an enemy away from a squishy.

for example. the enemy xin charges our adc....i rocket grab with blitz to pull him away from our adc. i just peeled.
