Champions, summoners, and laypersons from across Valoran have gathered to bring in the New Year in the Grand Hall of the Institute of War.

Talon sat close to the bar with a small glass of champagne in his hand as he watched the other champions move about and mingle with the summoners and citizens. Once in a while someone would approach him for conversation - the few that were interesting enough were granted what they sought, the rest turned away with a glare that could melt Anivia.

Rothus and Janetti could be seen in the crowd. They were celebrating, like everyone else but Rothus looked extremely suspicious at that time.

Zyra sat ina rather secluded area of the the room by herself feeling VERY awkward. She sits with a drink called... Graggy or something. Human wording was odd. It tasted even more odd than it sounded.
