I know this question may have been asked before but... how goes your hunt on the Noxians?

My hunt on Noxians so far have came up with difficulties judging from the mass amount of individuals involved in the slaughtering of our people. The major perpetrators are those that are located in this league. Champions so to speak, but according to the league, fights outside the field of justice is strictly prohibited. So I am forced to stay my hands. The others however, do not have that luxury and... I clean them from this earth, slowly, but surely. If you pay attention to the news that the Noxians have given, their missing number grew.
But I will point this out to you, that I didn't solely swear vengeance on Noxians only, but also the mad scientists of Zaun for the atrocities that they have committed

I am deeply amazed that information didn't spread out quicker among the summoners, but if you have paid attention to my previous activities, I have recently paid a visit to the Exile's quarters and chatted. She shows naivety in her ways, but as a man who has known regret, her sorrow does not bear false. Perhaps I have gotten softer, or that a better Noxus would be better. But I do not need to claim the life of someone who is desperating trying to throw it away.
