Gina Rinehart is an Australian who inherited Hancock Prospecting (mining company) from her father in 1992.

The revenue of the company has significantly increased with her as a chairman.

11 870 million

I do want to note that I am not particular fond the chairman's views. But from a for profit perspective, this person seems rather successful.

While she does not necessarily run all operations of the company. The drastic increase in revenue of the company by 80 times over 5 years, can be an indicator that she may be somewhat successful.
