As mentioned multiple times by other players, the loading screen can be quite boring... I have heard things like champ info but I was also thinking a team chat. This would give a chance, especially in blind pick to see the enemies and discuss whether they will invade or how to counter.

But just like champ select, this chat will need an anti spam feature to stop trolls trying to make the game hard. Well this is just my opinion but it would be nice to see something happen.
