I bought annie with IP about a week or two ago along with olaf.

I do pretty good with annie, I can even go 8 kills or over without dieing once with her.

I have some extra RP, Is it worth getting an annie skin?
I was thinking about getting frost fire annie. Is that one any good?
Or should I just not buy a skin?

Go for it, if it's truly what you want. One thing I've learned with skin buying is that if you think you're going to regret it before you buy it, odds are you will regret it in the long run. There are a few cases where this isn't true (legacy, limited, legendary skins), but more often than not you get a new skin to show off and flaunt as you burn your victims to a crisp.

If you're questioning whether or not you should buy a skin for a champ then you don't like that champion enough to warrant a skin purchase. Skip buying the skin unless you really like the skin and champion. You would just straight buy it instead of having to come to forums to ask.
