I totally just pissed off my team because any time I tried to approach the enemy I would " reconnect to server " and just feed. The game before that game was absolutely nothing like that. This game kept making me jump from 70 ping to 999 for literally no reason.

yep. Seemed to be random. Some people did fine, others just kept dying and leaving... but no way it was all local. I mean, i am on charter and my friend is on verizon
