Ok here is what happened. I was playing a normal 5v5 game with my friends. One of my friends played against a singed solo top. As a first buy, the singed got a tear of the goddess. normal stuff. But, here is where the first problem arose. One he got tear, he turned on his poison trail and kept it on. Every two seconds, the tear would proc and give him 4 mana, as if he had activated a spell. All he had done was kept the poison going, nothing else. In no time at all, he had a archangels staff and, soon after, a sereph's embrace and unbelievable health due to his passive. This alone was hard enough to deal with......and then it got far worse. On another trip to the shop, he gets another tear of the goddess. Apparently, upon upgrade, sereph's embrace loses the mana charge unique passive. This allowed singed to gather 750 MORE mana, which took no time due the the poison trail stupidity he used. so, he grabbed himself a muramana, which, while adding to his health even more due to his passive, gave his flip ability ASTOUNDING damage. The use of this tactic alone won the game for them. I was corki and i had gotten monstrously fed and was literally tearing the game apart before the late mid game hit and singed got is items. This needs to be fixed. the mana charge unique passive has to remain on sereph's and muramana and singed's poison should not be allowed to constantly charge tear of the goddess.
