This is exactly the same champion as Artesia from HoN, even down to the names being similar or even exactly the same.

Someones already said this, and like i said before, iv never played HoN nor have i heard about it until just recently

That's fine, but the champion is almost exactly the same. To be blunt, it's not unique - it's already been made - and therefore, not much of a 'Player Concept'.

The only problem is all of her abilities tack champions, making it difficult to dodge. The mechanics are very difficult, and oriannia like, in my mind. Also she reminds me of elise with a tracking q that delays on explode and the e which stuns for a second
