I'd say at least get flat health quints (and go far down in defense to get the health mastery). It's what I do and it seems to work fine.

I've got

Armor pen reds
Dodge yellows
Cooldown blues
Flat health purples

The health and dodge are the only ones that really help with jungling, and dodge is iffy since it's all RNG. But it works for me so don't fret TOO much about runes. At least get the health quints though.
