Wasn't the skip limit dropped to two before it starts to affect your accuracy? Shouldn't skipping 5-8 cases daily be creating a dent in your accuracy? I'm currently in the top 100 and rarely skip so I haven't seen this effect in action. You also must have insane streaks to be skipping 5-8 cases daily.

I'm not sure that skipping breaks a streak, it counts against your daily 20, but not toward breaking streaks.

Or maybe they do, I have no evidence other then what I think and what I think could be wrong.

If the Tribunal model is actually a cost-cutting tool for Riot Games, then why has a similar system not been implemented elsewhere? The Tribunal has been around since late spring/summer of 2011. It's now 2013. The business world is always looking for cost-cutting measures regardless of venture. If this does -in fact- actually save Riot money then why has it not been copied by other such companies that offer similar FtP games/business models? Wouldn't they also be in the business of "saving money?" especially after the model had been in production for the better part of a year?
Established companies already have their own systems in place and think their system is "just as good" or "good enough" to deal with their in game issues. Maybe Blizzard (known to copycat features) could adopt a Tribunal but I doubt it. A company that would take advantage of a Tribunal System would be a new up and comer. No giant success has occurred after League of Legends to necessitate such a system even if it is cost effective.

People get away with stupid reports all the time. Its the angry little kids that when you call a lane before selection that is most suited for you, they want it anways. When you refuse to give it they report you.Or if you killed the enemy too much and they get butthurt.Report.If you take CS because youre underlevled.Report.Trust me i know the tribunal can help at times but it gets ridiculous when you lose all your honors because somone decided to report you for saying YAWLAW into all chat.

Simply voting doesn't mean one is doing "good," you dumb hick, especially given the high number of false positives and false negatives.

If you read the people in the forums raging about their bands then posting their report cards claiming unfair bans... Yes I'd say voting has been a very 'good' service. The fact you have to result to personal insults on a person pretty much negates your argument entirely as it pretty well shows you do not understand what the community considers 'good'.
