Kat is only a significant threat if your entire team has no concept of basic gameplay.

keep the north and south sides of mid enemy jung entrances warded. not only will you know the location of their jung but no lane should have to fear the roaming mid

You dumb? Kat is hard countered by any common champion with CC ESPECIALLY taric, also she's rarely in games nowadays.
