I forgot what the skin is called but it's the one that drops bombs as his ult.

When the skin came out, the thread in the Announcements forum had tons of posts where people said "I'll buy if the voice changes, pirate voice doesn't make sense with this skin" etc. So I'm just wondering did they change it yet or plan to?

If I recall no, the skin was to celebrate the BR servers therefore only the skin on the BR servers has a different voice. People on NA and EU just have to deal with it, it's not a big deal.
