It's not going to be that good... the title was outsourced to another studio. Worth a play for sure, but I can't say I am all that excited about it and I have been a metal gear fan for a long time.

What you should be excited about is Metal Gear: Ground Zeroes

Wasn't it outsourced because Kojima found his own people to be too damn incompetent to actually make it a good game? From what I've seen of the game so far I am impressed, and I'm one of those guys that was pessimistic as **** when it was first announced.

And to gubisaur, i actually was more excited for this game when i heard Platinum was taking over. Honestly, I get bored of stealth sometimes, not that I hate MGS. I've been a fan of MGS since Portable Ops and bought practically every limited edition bundle of every MGS game since. But Cyborg Raiden... DAMN, he blows Big Boss/Solid Snake outta the water! It also helps that I LOVE the cool and calm swordsman archetype. I actually have NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER in Ground Zeroes right now, and I was a big Big Boss fan at that.
So... METAL GEAR RISING FTW!!!!
