Wukong Q + BC+LW=true damage under 100 armor XD (assuming you have armor pen runes and masteries, otherwise you're just extremely close)

if it shreds their armor when they don't even have any to begin with i don't see the problem also it's been nerfed multiple times and chances are if whoever's got cleavers and is slicing u up u'd of died pretty quick even without the armor reduction.
