Generally one someone says it's unorthodox, they mean the tournament scene.

Amazingly even when he "feeds" he still manages to get the rest of his lanes such an advantage, they win anyways. Score is not everything, if you feel that way CoD is alive.

Yea. the point of revive/tele karthus is to die in the middle of the other team
