Recently, I've been seeing more reports that reference pre or post game chat, especially with the honor system. Now, asking for honor is blatantly attempting to abuse the system and should probably be a punishable offense, but it's difficult to ascertain guilt since most of the honor whoring comes in the post game chat. Would you guys like to see the chats around the game for more context to base your decisions on?

Riot is working on implementing it.

They've addressed this before. It's apparently very difficult from a technical standpoint, as pre/post game chat uses a different system (adobe air) than the in-game chat.

Though now that I think about it, I'm not sure how chatting from the client to someone in-game works...
