Is there any way to recover your account from a 250 year ban? Or refund all the money at least that you spent on RP, or a fraction? Not to mention the thousands of wasted hours?

Anything anything anything or is it just basically all done with and you're robbed ?

Riot cannot refund the money from permabanned accounts but they can use their time machine to go back and refund the hours you played.

Well I guess if you got permabanned a day or two after spending like $150 on RP you might be able to go to a small-claims court and say you couldn't use content you paid for after 2 days.

Is anyone sure that there's no appeal system or anything even for dedicated players?

If not GG wp corrupt tribunal I guess

Tribunal doesn't permaban people. Riot does. Tribunal can recommend punish or pardon but it never has any input or insight into what the punishment is.
