Then there's Olaf, who literally runs over Cho in lane, and past lane. His E allows him to win trades pre-6, he has sustain, and once he hits 6, Cho can't stop Olaf from jumping on him. It also helps Olaf tends to build HP which naturally stands against Cho's ultimate.
