I think I saw that someone said they fixed it, it just hasn't been in the change notes. So hopefully after this she'll be at a good level.

I took a month break starting at the end of November... came back and Diana went from "OP" (debatable imo) to ... her present state. Haven't even seen one yet. Looking at the nerfs though, 5 big nerfs all at once is just ridiculous, especially since I recall Riot saying they learned their lesson and know to not do anything major all at once.

The R range gave her the opportunity, but the Q dmg is important for her CS and harass.
Also the Q is the first skill to max and the main dmg part next to her ult.
10-30 less dmg (~15% less base dmg) is not a minor nerf and she will need a lot of AP to get back to her old dmg.

When Q does 100% of the harass dmg and the Q R E W R combo is the killer, she still did most of her dmg through Q.
Her R dmg is lower than Q and even with the double R, she still needs to harass and trade, especially pre 6.

She doesn't lack range in the mid lane to kill, but she lacks strength to farm and harass.
Sure, the range buff will also make her laning phase a bit better again, but the range is the overall engage range for her ultimate high range engage.
And the W buff will do nothing for her laning. without maxing it first you will not get any bonus dmg out of it.

Until they fix her shield detonation range...
