I can handle the buffing and the constant nerfs but this was too much.
Evelynn, is a a AP assassin. Not a tank! Her ultimate is now a 'Initiation' no longer a 'Execution'. What were you thinking? Atleast give her ultimate some base damage scaling with AP. OR instant cooldown on 'E' upon champion kills.
She just seems too... weak now.
