Hello all. Hoping someone can help me out... I dont think this is a Riot server issue and I dont think its my computer/connection.

I typically get 30-50 Ping and running graphics on low and medium doesnt seem to help.
During matches every 30 secs or so I get a 3-5 sec delay in movement or abilities. Its gotten me killed a few times haha. Any help would be appreciated

Actually i think, It is a riot issue cause alot of people are having the same problem.
