I was purchasing Yellow Jacket Shen skin and I wound up buying 3 of them. I submitted a ticket last night but no one has responded and I was hoping to get this fixed before the sale ends and I miss out on the other 2 skins I wanted...

Can I get some type of response soon? Whether by email trouble ticket or forum?

Does it show 3 payments on the Purchases tab of the store?
If so a screenshot of that would clear things up.

Also, don't worry about missing the sale. Riot generally lets you buy the skins if the problem was on their end.

Yes in my purchases it shows 3 purchases will attatch a screen shot.
