About a half to a full second between sending the move order to it being obeyed. There is absolutely no unnatural delay in any other part of the game.
My champion also seems to have the following priorities: Ability > Enemy Champ > Enemy Minion > Move order. As a result they just ignore my attempts to pull them away or re-target unless it's of a greater or equal order.
There are no debuffs on me when this occurs, so it isn't taunts/grapples/etc.
This is causing me to basically end up feeding the enemy and get 3-5 levels behind.
On a likely unrelated note the enemy bots then swarm me when I pop up in their sight. Their whole team. Completely abandoning lanes and everything.
Playing as Garen on Mac client, and I have only done beginner bot matches due to newbness.
