Take that list with a grain of salt though as Ez/Graves/Corki have long been considered supremely strong ADC and believe me Ashe currently isn't even mentioned in this Tier list but in the hands of certain people she can destroy.

nah just kidding. it is all speculations. ranking them like this is just for fun, and should not be taken too seriously.

In order of obvious brokenness:

1. Ezreal
2. Corki

Situational: Vayne, Kogmaw, Ashe--> these champions when work with certain support pairings

Ezreal is definitely not number 1 anymore. He has no dueling power now. All he has is a delayed blink and poke with q.
