I believe that it depends on the type of offense / suspension. I think that an email is sent out with more information.

You should have received an email (check your spam folder), if not, I believe it says the date when you try to log in (I don't know, so I can't be certain).

Bans are done in multiples of 24 hours, so it will be the same time of day you received your ban, on the day it's lifted.

it sent me the ban at 2:04am in the morning and a warning at 4:54 pm yesterday
