Considering I play a ton of online games, and this is the only one where they are a significant portion of the population, yes I am very shocked. Riot is too nice to violaters 'oh let me change your name for you' delete their character. Give them a punishment that makes it not worth breaking the rules.

Just get over it, offensive names, offensive people, are going to be everywhere on the internet. Dont let it effect you.

No, they aren't everywhere, they aren't in any other multiplayer game I've played. I am sure I am in the minority, but I pay for mor LoL then I have for WoW, EQ, DAoC, Starcraft and NONE of them have profanity, hatred or name issues. They get policed, an offence occurs the offender is whacked HARD not given a pat the shoulder, offence isn't repeated.

These problems are usually solved quicker than most, as "research" isn't required (they don't have to look through logs). But you still need to report it.

I think they ban people. I know I've been banned a couple times from the forum...and even one of my friends was banned from the game
