Hey so Kayle is both a melee and a ranged champ. Can she build either tiamat or the hurricane? If so, how does it affect her when she used her E?

She works better with a hurricane, and I guess you'd get it if you wanted to get some mad shred on multiple opponents at once.

Tiamat only works when her Righteous Fury (E) isn't on. When it is on, and she has a Hurricane, you do the AoE and bonus damage to the main target, and just regular damage to the other two that Hurricane hits. Her passive still applies on all 3 though.
