Can't uninstall the game

Every time i try to uninstall the game i just get an error message after a few seconds, i haven't touched anything in the game's files and repairing it didn't do anything
The part in Spanish says something about the streetlight's time running out, idk if that means anything.

Make sure you reinstall following this guide, http://support.leagueoflegends.com/e...gue-of-legends to wipe out any old files.

I ran Ccleaner and tried uninstalling from the Setup and the way the guide shows, but i still got the same problem
