3.While your on the enemies Side of the river your cant attack them if your in the middle(close) you can attack freely
4.Some champs are Baned(Ezreal, Ashe, GangPlank, Karthus, Draven, Heirmadinger, ziggs, Pantheon, Twisted Fate, Teemo, Nidalee and Caitlyn).
5.Teleport and ghost is not allowed
6.if your on the enemies side you can still kill jungle and minions just not champions
7.Dragon and Baron is a free kill area(middle of map)
8.Dont cheat
9.Promote is allowed
