I am not aware of any reason why I should be perma banned... Get along with most people.. Is this right or maybe some bug...

It could also be a Leaver Buster ban. If you do not have a reform card(a link Riot sends to your email address) then you can ask for one here:

We may be able to help in the meantime though. What exactly does it say when you try to log into LoL? Be very specific.
