I decided to pardon since he only really cursed once in Game 2 and it was quick and seemed more like a vent than intentional verbal abuse. I admit he chats a lot but thats never been a crime, most of it is game talk and is positive. Whyd he get banned? I'm wondering because this case is wrecking my near perfect tribunal elo and I think he shouldn't have been permabanned. Did I miss something?

As it is you do not know what level of punishment the person is up against. So its either they broke summoner code or didnt.

Tribunal doesn't decide what punishment players get.

Overall, this guy has a foul mouth and a rage problem. That he got a permaban means he has had a ton of issues in the past. I believe its deserved.

cursing itself isnt reportable, verbally abusing others and spamming is, I dont think he really does either. He is flamboyant with his remarks but most of them are mixed with honest advice

You don't decide to permaban as a Tribunal user. I would have just punished him for his slurs in Game 3, and his use of certain "r" words. I wouldn't care if it was just a warning or a time ban; if it's a permaban, I still don't care, because he had plenty of chances in the past. But when I decide to punish, it's very rare that I'm banking on a permaban.
