I'm all for Hextech/Steampunk champs and skins, but as soon as I read 'Ranged, Tank', I died a little inside.

no seriously, this is one of the best designs i have seen in a long time, and i think that if this were to be seen by Riot, they will use it, and hope that they will give you credit for having such an awesome design.
