Ummm not if running on a trendmill but playing squash which I do mostly I play bare foot.
And walks which is probably my second mot common form of exercise, I also do barefoot.

The cut in the center of my foot btw is from stepping on glass.
So just the cracks I'm worried about.

I love being barefoot inside and outside on asphalt, and from april to october i don't wear socks, and usually not even shoes less im going inside a store...

..so from personal experience, that's #1 why your feet look like that. It's not bad imo, it's just reality that if you use your feet like other people use shoes, they'll look like the bottom of shoes. Just use lotion, and good lord don't let your feet crack.

to much pressure and moisture on your feet will cause what you have.

things you can do is change socks often, scrub your feet, get gel padding to put in your shoe.

to much sweat on your feet will cause dryness, cracking, splitting, higher chance of fungus infection, and a staph infection.

I don't need to go to a gym b/c I get cardio from running to the bus stop and masturbate to strengthen my arms.
