Hello, my main account Polarkuma, IGN Kumá just recently got hacked a day ago. I've sent a support ticket, however they have not replied yet. I know i takes some time to process these tickets, but do any of you guys have a EST of when will they reply? Also i really think that they should lock my account at the moment. The guy that hacked my account lost two games in ranked already, and i have no idea what hes doing to it ATM just like how blizzard does to their accounts. Please help :
