Hey Riot, what happens when all champions avatars have been picked?

So you all have your own individual pictures for your profiles, and they are pictures of champions. So, when all champions have been picked, what then?
Do you stop hiring?
Or do you allow more than 1 person to have that champion as their pic?
Or do you allow them to have any picture they want as their pic instead of just a champion?
Or do you kill off the least favorite employee to make room for a new employee?
