These bars never appear before the first 5 minutes of the game. They appears, either they will stay at the same place for a few minutes or they will instantly switch to another place.

For my system requirements, i'll post them only if you guys ask me to, but they are pretty high, don't think we'll need to worry about it.

EDIT: This only happen to me when i'm on the PBE server.
EDIT 2: Sometimes, it also keep blinking on the screen, i mean either everywhere or fullscreen.
