So I've been thinking of another skin, after replaying Singed after how many months of not using him, I was wondering how there's not a skin of this yet; James Bond. He already makes the reference with his joke of "Shaken, not stirred." So why not give him a skin for it?

My ideas for his appearance-
Eyes can be like his default eyes or those of the augmented skin.
Suit, obviously. Could possible put a rose on his chest on the right or left side.
Bottle can be a wine bottle! ;D
The shield can be a car door or a casino table. :3
Skin name could be Agent Singed or Secret Agent Singed.
The goo could be black tar.

Any chance for an approval? I love this champ along with all the James Bond movies so why not? ;D

I don't think the skin would make much sense that way.
Why does the wine hurt?
Why the car door?

Mind you, I'm all for Singed in a tux, but I don't really see a reason for these two things (mainly).

Maybe a more futuristic looking bulwark that matches with his tux? It doesn't have to be something different entirely.
As for the wine, yeah. That could work. Have it be a wine bottle but emit his smoke in the color of red wine.

Maybe have a debuff all enemies get while in his clouds that remark on their intoxication?
