Music, animation, everything just baaad.

It's not bad, it's just campy... like The Rocky Horror Picture Show or RTD-era Dr. Who. Which, btw, makes it good. I can see why after a long break you would think it's awful, but you have to understand it in context: it's not a serious theme, it's supposed to be stereotypical, over-the-top and really punk, cuz' that's Vi in a nutshell. Her theme song paints the picture-perfect caricature of her personality and play style.
